Immersion metal parts washer with a pneumatic piston up-down basket.

Immersion washing with stirring and fluxing, for cleaning pipes and internal parts with complex geometry.

Double-walled and single-stage automatic machine, suitable for immersion washing with flushing and up-down movement of the basket using pneumatic pistons. This movement combined with the flushing phase allows the removal of chippings and dirt even in the innermost parts of the holes, cavities and internal washing of tubes of various sections.

Washing takes place in 2 phases with water and biodegradable detergent at a maximum temperature of 80°C:

• immersion phase fed by a vertical pump immersed in aisi 304/316 stainless steel jacket, shaft, diffuser and impeller. Fluxing with continuous turbulence of the washing lavage to facilitate the penetration and removal of dirt, oil, chippings, grease even in the internal parts
• emerged phase with spray cleaning through high-impact cone nozzles to eliminate the deposit of dirt on the surfaces.

The machine is equipped with an external basket filter so as to facilitate maintenance and cleaning operations. The loading operations take place in front of the machine through the opening and tilt of a stainless steel door and the insertion of the appropriate basket for small parts.
