Removable Basket
Removable basket on outer cart to load in masked time.
Allows the loading and unloading of parts from the washing basket in masked time. The operator prepares the parts to be washed on a second or more external baskets, mounted on sturdy carts in tubular stainless steel equipped with Vulkollan wheels, while the machine is in the washing process. This reduces to a minimum the time of loading and unloading machine and optimizes the washing process.
The system consists of:
- Stainless steel platform and loading guides, mounted inside the machine, to allow easy removal of the basket on the outer cart.
Cart in stainless steel tubular with 2 swivel and 2 fixed castors with brake (Vulkollan wheels). Steel guides allow the sliding of the loading basket from the washing platform to the cart. Loading basket with 8 stainless steel wheels for scrolling. Fastening to the frame of the machine by anchoring lever.
