Automatic washer with rotating drum on the horizontal axis. Immersion wash and rinse with flux.

Suitable for mechanical parts, degreasing, chip removal, drying.

Industrial washer with rotating drum for washing, rinsing (passivation) of complex shape and geometry, dirty with oil, grease, polishing pastes, machining shavings small metal parts (brass, steel, aluminum).The machine is entirely made of stainless steel.

Programmable wash cycle:

• spray phase fed by a vertical pump, maximum temperature 80°C
• immersion washing phase in the same solution with a continuous flow of water that allows the washing of internal parts, blind holes, small parts with complex geometry.
• immersion rinse phase with flushing pump and separate water recovery tank
• Drying / dripping phase with compressed air blade
• Drying phase with hot air oven (optional)
• Steam suction phase

The machine is equipped with external basket filters so as to facilitate maintenance and cleaning operations. The loading operations take place in front of the machine through the opening and tilt of a stainless steel door and the insertion of 2 baskets simultaneously.
