Combined spray washer for automatic and manual washing.

Automatic washing with rotating basket for heavy and delicate parts, manual washing with high pressure lance, pedal basket rotation.

Single-stage spray washer, automatic and manual combined, with motorized rotating basket, entirely made of stainless steel with bearing steel tubular structure.

Automatic washing: It takes place by crossing two spray ramps with a water and biodegradable detergent solution at a maximum temperature of 60°C. Each ramp consists of a lower, lateral and supper piping and is supplied with an immersed vertical pump equipped with aisi 304/316 stainless steel liner, shaft, diffuser and impeller and it is maintenance-free. The washing solution is then filtered and collected in the tank to be reused until it is completely exhausted.
The machine is equipped with an external basket filter so as to facilitate maintenance and cleaning operations.
Loading operations take place in front of the machine by manually opening the flap of a stainless steel door; the opening is assisted by 2 gas springs.
Manual washing: Equipped with auxiliary pump at 12 bar of pressure and spray lance with solid nylon handle, suitable for quick washing of small parts or single pieces.Very thick transparent PVC porthole with compressed air blade and internal LED illumination so as to guarantee perfect visibility of the objects during all the washing phases; rubber gloves; Robust spray gun for washing, suitable for heavy duty, equipped with solid nylon and heat resistant handle.
