Washing is carried out through a series of sprayers which are arranged along the entire chamber, above, below and to the side of the loading belt so as to guarantee the washing of the pieces in all their parts.
The water and detergent washing solution is collected in the loading tank and reused until its complete exhaustion.
The washing temperature reaches 60°C with minimum energy expenditure thanks to the complete insulation paneling, and it is a guarantee of an excellent result in washing even dry grease with considerable resistance. This temperature facilitates a quick drying of the piece.
The tunnel can be implemented with several stages of washing, rinsing, drying, passivation or phosphating, in order to achieve the entire cycle required.
