Industrial double tank washer, both for washing and rinsing, with stainless steel tubular frame, equipped with a sturdy full-extension basket on an external stand to facilitate loading and unloading operations using a winch or bridge crane. The basket, held in position during the whole washing phase, can be equipped with nozzles suitable for the washing of the item in order to guarantee a complete cleaning of the object even in the holes, cavities or undercuts.

The washing takes place through a series of sprinklers arranged in a ring on the entire chamber, both above and below the loading surface. The solution composed of water and detergent is then collected and reused until it is completely depleted. The rinsing phase takes place with a separate pump, separate spray circuit and return water in a separate tank using a motorized exchange system. The temperature reaches 80°C, both for washing and rinsing, with minimum energy consumption thanks to the complete insulation paneling and it is a guarantee of an excellent result even with dry grease with considerable resistance. This temperature also facilitates rapid drying of the piece. The stainless steel basket filters are positioned externally for easy cleaning and maintenance.
